| Manufactured in Germany, dated April 1957. Original blue finish barrels fitted with double claw mounts. Bright frame with simple engraving and mounted in checkered walnut. Features a Greener style crossbolt and side safety, top mounted cocking indicators, extractors, front set double triggers, latch release forearm and a full grip stock with cheekrest. LOP is 14.25 inches with the original plastic buttplate fitted. This gun shows use, the finish on the barrels has thinned showing handling marks and traces of black paint around the front claw mount. The frame is dull with some minor spotting overall. The wood shows wear with smoothed checkering, dings and scuffs. The stock has a small crack and chipping on the left flat at the joint with the frame. The gun has mounted a Zeiss Jena 4X scope with a pointer/crosshair reticle with excellent optics, showing wear to the finish on the outer tube. A rubber eyecup is attached to the scope. Mechanically fine with tight lockup. The shotgun bores are bright and smooth. The rifle bore has sharp strong rifling showing some frosting in the grooves. C&R/FFL |
