| Lot of Eight (8) WW2 vintage pamphlets etc: 1-Vintage advertising booklet-High Power Rifles and Automatic Pistols / Manuactured by Waffenfabrik Mauser, Oberndorf A/N and Deutsche Waffen & Munition Fabriken, Berlin and Karlsruhe, Germany. Retailer/Sales Agent stamped for H. Tauscher, 320 Broadway, New York City. 25 pages listing firearms and accessories, with prices, on Mauser 98 sporting rifles, Luger pistols, 1896 "Broomandle" pistols, and the 1910 Mauser 25 pistol. 2-Booklet-The Luger Automatic Repeating Pistol, H. Tauscher, 320 Broadway, N.Y., Sole Representative for United States and Canada and Mexico, booklet gives information on Luger pistols in general with heavy emphasis on sales pitching the firearm. 3-Pacific Arms Corporation sales booklet, dated 1922, covering sales of Luger pistols, Mauser 1896 pistols and carbines, Mauser 1910, Walther and Sauer pocket automatic pistols, Mauser sporting rifles, Mannlicher Schoenauer rifles, along with accessories for the firearms and parts schematics, and a couple pages of outdoors and camping accessories. 4-Luger Sales Company, 828 George Street, Chicago, Illinois U.S.A., Distributors of the Famous Luger Automatic Pistols. Catalog No. 105 February 1923 Edition. Has information on Luger pistols, accessories, ammunition and other firearms. The cover and back have detached from the spine staples on this pamphlet. 5-German WW2 issue Luftwaffe handbook. 1939 date. 6-Booklet/Manual-Swiss Army, dated 1951, on the Model 49 SiG and Luger 06/29 pistols. 7-U.S. WW2 era Soldier's Guide to Italy, given to Allied soldiers after the occupation of Italy, to familiarize them with Italy and it's people. 8-WW2 era N.S.D.A.P. newspaper subscription booklet, dated 1941. Has stamps applied for June and December of 1941 inside the booklet. These are all interesting, all are vintage and are fragile, other than some staining and minor tears, and the detached cover and backing on the Luger Sales Company pamphlet, all are intact and in fairly Good condition. You would especially enjoy the pricing on firearms in some of the booklets/pamphlets(?) |
