| 7.92x57mm Mauser; 5% blue, poor bore, poor stock, 29'' barrel, This rifle is UNSAFE to shoot. Marked on top of receiver, S / s/n / crown / ERFURT / 1891. Gew on left of receiver with the 88 removed during conversion. The bolt has Turkish marking. Traces of blue remain along with scattered pitting. The bore shows corrosion and dark rifling. The stock has duffle cut, several cracks, some of which have been repaired. Oversize buttplate is missing a screw., s/n 76xx |
