| 16 Gauge; 60% blue, good bore, fair stock, 29.5'' barrel, Made in Belgium circa 1920s. Original blue finish steel barrels, casehardened frame and lockplates, checkered walnut stock. 2 9/16 inch chambers. Crossbolt frame. Used, showing wear and handling. Spots of surface rusting on the metal, worn checkering on the wood. Barrel rib has a 3 inch area 6 inches from the chambers which has been resoldered. Stock has a small chip behind the upper tang and 1 inch tight cracks on each side of the toe. 13.75 inch LOP with original steel buttplate. Left hammer is a replacement. Barrel break is a bit sticky, otherwise mechanically fine with tight lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 652xx |
