| 9mm Luger; 97% blue, 95% straw, good bore, very good grips, 6'' barrel, Original rust blued finish with light normal wear. Numbered parts are matching in commercial style, except the non-matching left checkered walnut grip and unmarked right grip. Commercial crown/BUG proofs. 2 position rear sight. DWM monogram on top of toggle. Left sideframe is gold inlaid in script "Carl Lueger". Commercial unmarked navy magazine, wood base with concentric rings. The bore is fair-good, strong rifling, showing light corrosion throughout. Mechanically fine. Includes an original period storage case which has a 2.25 inch coin style medallion attached to the lid. The medallion is marked "BURGERMEISTER DR. CARL LUEGER" with a maker "R. Marschall PF.C". The case contains accessories: extra original navy style magazine, unmarked base with concentric rings, barrel handled 7.25 inch cleaning rod, pin punch tool, unmarked takedown tool, and a period box of DWM 9mm conical bullet ammunition. The ammunition box is fair with tape repair and support, the ammo is in good condition., s/n 518xx, Catalog Number NA-41 |
