| .45 Colt; 40% blue, good bore, very good grips, 5 1/2'' barrel, ANTIQUE COLT SAA "US MARKED" 1873 LATER CUT DOWN TO AN ARTILLERY MODEL, MADE IN 1887. THE BARREL AND EJECTOR ROD HOUSING RETAIN MOST OF THEIR BLUING THOUGH WORN. THERE ARE REMNANTS OF BLUING ON THE HAMMER AND TRIGGER GUARD. THE CASE COLORS ARE GONE WITH JUST TRACE AMOUNTS ON THE FRAME AND HAMMER. THE BORE IS SEMI BRIGHT WITH DISTINCT BUT WORN RIFLING ALONG WITH OXIDATION PRESENT. THE ONE PIECE ARE VERY GOOD WITH A FAINT RAC (RINALDO A CARR) INSPECTION STAMP IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT PANEL. THE ACTION IS SMOOTH, TIGHT AND IN TIME. A VERY NICE ARTILLERY SAA., s/n 1201xx |
