| 44-40; 75% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 5.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1933. This Colt New Service Revolver is chambered in 44 -40. The bore is bright and in very good condition. The top of the barrel has the Colt two line Address and Patent info. The left side of the barrel is stamped NEW SERVICE 44-40. The action works and is in time. The lock-up is tight. The metal finish has muzzle wear, and thinning on both sides of the barrel (Holster Wear) The top of the frame and the edges of the cylinder are worn & thinning, and the bottom of the trigger guard has finish loss. The Colt checkered grips are worn but remain in very good condition. The bottom of the grip has a lanyard loop., s/n 3368xx |
