| 45 ACP; 94% blue, excellent bore, 5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1916. Older refinish. Fitted with reproduction checkered walnut double diamond grips. Fixed sights. Standard Colt two line two block patent dates and Colt's address on the left side of the slide, with the Rampant Colt logo behind the slide serrations. Right side of the slide is marked "COLT AUTOMATIC / CALIBRE 45". Right side of the frame is marked "GOVERNMENT MODEL" over the serial number. The top rear frame is stamped with Italian commercial proofing. Barrel is unmarked except for an Italian commercial proof and appears to have been cleaned bright. Mixed parts with a grooved slide catch, checkered safety, checkered wide hammer. Replacement magazine. Metal has some minor spotting with an area of corrosion on the right side of the slide.
