It has a two-inch barrel, which is mirror bright. The action is in time and is tight, the metal finish has mild muzzle and high edge wear. (Holster) The left side of the barrel is stamped DETECTIVE SPEC / .38 SPECIAL CTG., The left side of the frame has the Colt Stallion. The right side of the barrel has the Colt two-line address and patent info. The checkered walnut grips have the Colt Stallion emblem on each side of the grips.
