| 38 Long Colt; 60% blue, very good bore, good grips, 6'' barrel, Original blue finish and plain walnut grips. Standard Colt markings, the butt of the grip frame is stamped U.S./ARMY/MODEL/1901. The inspector initials R.A.C. appear on the back of the cylinder (twice), bottom of the barrel, bottom of the left grip panel, and on the left side of the frame above the grip panel. The metal finish shows wear and handling. Mechanically fine, the cylinder locks up fine. The bore has shine and sharp rifling, showing some minor frost throughout. C&R/FFL, s/n 1026xx |
