| 577 Caliber; 70% blue, Good bore, Good stock, 31'' barrel, BSA SNIDER MKIII LOCK DATED 1875, IN VERY GOOD OVERALL CONDITION. THIS WAS A CONVERSION OF THE MODEL 1853 ENFIELD MUZZLE LOADING MUSKET INTO A BREECH LOADING CARTRIDGE RIFLE. THE FINISH HAS MOSTLY TURNED PATINA. THE BORE IS MOSTLY BRIGHT WITH GOOD RIFLING AND SOME MILD OXIDATION PRESENT. THE STOCK IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE WITH NUMEROUS LIGHT DINGS AND SCRATCHES., s/n 06xx |
