| 22 LR; 92% blue, very good+ bore, good stock, 29'' barrel, Pre-war manufacture 12/15 without P prefix serial number, range 50,000-60,000. Blued finish, walnut stock. Stock has been shortened to a 12" LOP with broken buttplate attached over a steel plate. AGA model 2 globe front sight with aperture insert. Parker Hale model 7 fully adjustable rear sight, Steward LTD adjustable aperture. Forend is a possible replacement from a Model 6/13 rifle having no accessory rail on the bottom. Sling swivels eye bolts removed with one relocated on the bottom of the stock. Missing the small brass aperture container on the bottom as well. Parker Hale aluminum bullet block attached to the right reciever. Metal has scattered spots of surface rust and minor pitting. Action functions fine. Bright strong bore., s/n 593xx |
