| 7x57mm; poor bore, very good stock, 29'' barrel, Barrel action and trigger guard are original Brazilian M1894 Mauser. Stock is Swedish M38 Mauser beechwood complete with the disc. Swedish upper and lower barrel bands. The bolt is from a Turkish M1893 Mauser rifle. The receiver markings are faint and the Brazilian crest has been ground. The rear sight ladder is missing the slider. Metal finish is heavily worn with some pitting mainly on the exposed barrel once covered by the original stock. The bore is worn, dark and rusted. As the bolt is not original it is not recommended the rifle be used as is. The Swedish stock set is in very good condition. Antique, s/n E52xx |
