| 18.5 mm; 30% blue, Fair bore, Very good stock, 30'' barrel, This is a German pioneer musket percussion. Marked Schopeheim, a small town in southern Germany, on the side plate. It has brass fittings bayonet lug cleaning rod ,barrel bands, buttplate and the trigger guard. The top of the breech is marked .BLUM. The small parts are numbered 3 The overall condition ranged from VG to EXC The barrel has loss of finish and considerable amount of patina / spotting. The walnut stock is in very good condition with a moderate amount of handling marks and dings, s/n 3 |
