Left side is stamped, ¤ CAL. 7.65 MODELE DEPOSE ¤/¤ ANCIENS ETABLISSEMENTS PIEPER ¤/¤ HERSTAL-BELGIUM ¤. The Bayard logo of a horse with mounted knight is stamped on the left side of the frame above the grip plate. The top of the slide is stamped with, ¤ BREVETE S. G. D. G. PATENTED SEPT. 8 1908 ¤. Finish has been rubbed thin in a few areas with light scattered patina. Grips have several very small chips. Magazine is a 4-hole with, CAL 7.65., s/n 1775xx |
