| 12 Gauge; very good bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1909-1919. Field grade gun. Original browned finish Damascus barrels, casehardened frame and plate, mounted in checkered walnut. 2 3/4 inch chambers with both chokes gauging full, it appears the barrels have been shortened however. Double triggers, extractor. Original hard rubber buttplate, length of pull is 14.25 inches. Marked on the sides of each lockplate "BATAVIA LEADER". Thinning finish on the barrels, frame and lockplates mostly gray with traces of case color. The wood is worn, no cracks. Mechanically fine with good barrel lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 763xx |
