| 13.9 mm; excellent bore, good stock, 23'' barrel, Austrian System Wanzel Extra-Korps-Gewehr. Breechloading 13.9mm rifled carbine. Made by and marked on top of the receiver tang 'L. Florianschutz (Wein). Original clearing rod. Bore is bright sharp and clean. Unit marked on top of buttplate 'B.4.1040.'. Stock has a hairline crack behind lockplate. Mainspring seems to be weak. End of hammer has damage from hitting the firing pin extension. Metal is rust spotted patina overall., s/n 8xx |
