| 9 mm; 98% blue, Fair bore, Very good grips, 6'' barrel, ASTRA MODEL 400 TARGET IN 9MM LARGO CALIBER. IN 1945 THE M400 WAS REPLACED WITH A STAR PISTOL FOR THE SPANISH MIITARY. AFTER WHICH ASTRA BUILT A LIMITED NUMBER OF TARGET PISTOLS WITH SOME INTERESTING FEATURES. BESIDES THE ADJUSTABLE TARGET SIGHTS THEY ADDED A UNIQUE SET TRIGGER. TO ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF DOUBLING THE SEAR WAS LOCKED AFTER EACH SHOT REQUIRING THE DEPRESSING OF A BUTTON AT THE LEFT REAR OF THE FRAME FOR EACH SHOT. THE BLUING IS A STRONG 98%, THE BORE IS FAIR WITH HEAVY OXIDATION AND WORN RIFLING, THE GRIPS ARE VERY GOOD. THIS IS A VERY INTERESTING ASTRA WITH ITS ADDED FEATURES AND QUITE GOOD TRIGGER.
