Die SIG Sauer P75 ist die zivile Bezeichnung der Schweizer Ordonnanzpistole Pistole 75 (P75). Sie wurde ab Mitte der 1970er-Jahre als Nachfolgerin der Pistole 49 (SIG P210) für die Schweizer Armee eingeführt. Die P75 basiert auf der SIG Sauer P220 und wurde speziell für die Anforderungen des militärischen Dienstes angepasst. Die Pistole arbeitet als verriegelter Rückstosslader mit einem Browning-Verriegelungssystem. Sie verfügt über einen Aluminiumrahmen und einen Stahlverschluss. Das Abzugssystem ist als double action / single action ausgeführt. Zum Entspannen des Hahns ist ein seitlich am Rahmen angeordneter Entspannhebel vorhanden.
