Zusätzlich wurde die G19X mit einem Mündungsgewinde (M14x1 links) zur Aufnahme eines Schalldämpfers ausgestattet. Die hohe Schalldämpfervisierung erlaubt das präzise Zielen auch bei montiertem Dämpfer. Die CO₂ Airgun-Version ist ebenfalls mit diesen Features ausgestattet und bietet so die einzigartige Möglichkeit, die G19X mit einem Point Sight zu versehen. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind 4 Adapterplatten mit den Footprints Docter / Trijicon / C-More / Leupold. Das Griffstück bietet zudem die Fangriemenöse, die GLOCK bei einigen Modellen einsetzt. Die hochwertige Airgun-Replica lässt sich zudem vorbildgerecht zerlegen (Field Stripping).
