Der hochwertige Karabiner Nachbau, hergestellt von der Firma Knight's Armament, erfüllt die auch anspruchsvolle Erwartungen. Das fast 3 kg schwere Airsoftgewehr wird mit einem Low-Cap Magazin mit ca. 90 Schuss Kapazität ausgeliefert. Das Gewehr besteht zu großen Teilen aus Metall oder legiertem Metall. Die RIS-Schiene und der M-LOK Handschutz ermöglichen viele Kombinationsmöglichkeiten mit Zubehör. Die SR15 E3 Mod2 besitzt ein 14mm CCW Mündungsgewinde und lädt zur Kombination mit Schalldämpfer, Tracer und Co ein. Das Airsoft S-AEG ist so konzipiert, dass es für Rechtshänder als auch Linkshänder geeignet ist.
