On retrouve la poignée du Fass90 et le levier de charge ambidextre de la Uzi. Le KH9 utilise les magasins Suomi 50 coups du KP31 de l'armée finlandaise / PM43/44 de l'armée suisse. Un adaptateur permet aussi l'utilisation des chargeurs B&T translucides de l'APC9. L'arme vient avec : - 1 magasin Suomi 50 coups, - un système de visée backup XS Sight à 45° au tritium, - deux rails picatiny latéraux B&T supplémentaires d'origine, - une poignée avant d'origine, - un adaptateur/puit de magasin type AR15 pour mag B&T, - une bretelle réglable Direct Action, - un manuel et une valise B&T.
