| Le Ruger GP100 est un revolver américain lancé par Sturm, Ruger & Co. en 1985. Il a été conçu pour remplacer progressivement la série Security-Six, avec une carcasse plus robuste et une mécanique renforcée. Principalement chambré en .357 Magnum, il peut également tirer du .38 Special. Sa conception solide, son barillet robuste et sa poignée amortissante en ont fait un revolver apprécié aussi bien pour le tir sportif que pour le service ou le tir de loisir. Le GP100 est toujours produit aujourd'hui dans de nombreuses variantes, avec différentes longueurs de canon, finitions et calibres. Il reste l'un des revolvers les plus emblématiques de Ruger.
