Guerriero, um 1865 Kal. 11 mmLefaucheux# L 154, TL 270, gezogener Lauf, sechsschüssige nach rechts ausschwenkbare Trommel mit Zündstift-Sicherungswulst. Der anscharnierte Stoßboden schwenkt mit aus und öffnet zum Laden. Rechts an der Rahmenbrücke gemarkt "SYSTEME ITALIEN", was an die nationale Einigung Italiens erinnern soll. Fertigung in Lüttich nach 1865, Konstrukteur war A. Guerriero, Genua. Alle Teile brüniert. Ebenholzgriffschalen mit Fischhautverschnitt, Fangring. Mit Patenten von 1863 und 1865 brachte A. Guerriero fast ein Vierteljahrhundert vor Samuel Colt den ersten Revolver mit seitlich ausschwenkbarer Trommel zur Serienfertigung. Größter konstruktiver Fortschritt bei der Entwicklung der Stiftfeuerrevolver. 374/1191 |
