| Das echte Samuraischwert Akaya mit Klingenaufbau Kobuse & Damaststahl können Sie hier kaufen. Akaya bedeutet blutrote Nacht, ein treffender Name für ein Schwert, das mithilfe traditioneller Techniken hergestellt wurde. Der Klingenaufbau Kobuse besteht aus einem weicheren, kohlenstoffärmeren Stahlkern (hier 1045er Kohlenstoffstahl), um den ein härterer, kohlenstoffreicherer Mantel (hier 1095er Kohlenstoffstahl) geschmiedet wird. Zusätzlich verfügt das Akaya über eine differenzielle Härtung im Lehmmantel. Dadurch erreicht der Klingenrücken des Katana eine Härte von 45 HRC, die Schneide sogar 56 HRC, weshalb das Schwert bei extrem harter und scharfer Klinge trotzdem relativ flexibel ist. Die handgeschmiedete und gefaltete Klinge aus Damaststahl hat also eine unverwechselbare Struktur und einen echten Hamon, der jedes Schwert zu einem Unikat macht. Die hübsche Tsuba ist mit versilberten und vergoldeten Kirschblüten verziert. Der Tsuka ist mit schwarzer Rochenhaut überzogen, mit goldfarbenem Baumwollband umwickelt und mit goldfarbenen Menuki geschmückt. Die Saya ist aus Holz, rotbraun lackiert und besitzt Kurigata, Kojiri und Koiguchi aus Rinderhorn. Das Katana wird inklusive Echtheitszertifikat vom Schmied geliefert.
