| Und hier verkaufe ich auch ein zweites Holster für eine Glock 17. Die Marke weiss ich nicht mehr, da ich es vor längerer Zeit gekauft hatte. Es ist aber wohl eines der etwas höherwertigeren Holster, da es nicht ganz billig war und von innen mit Vlies (oder so ähnlich) ausgekleidet ist ...und einige Verstellmöglichkeiten bietet. Eine Bügelsicherung, die mit dem Daumen bedient wird, sichert die Glock. Der Ziehwiederstand läßt sich mit zwei seitlichen Schrauben einstellen. Das Holster ist nur zwei oder dreimal zum Probieren benutzt worden und hat sonst nur im Schrank gelegen. Wenn noch fragen sind, dann gerne melden. Es handelt sich um einen Privatverkauf. Dies ist eine Versteigerung im Sinne§156 BGB. Dies bedeutet, dass der Höchstbietende nach §312d Artikel 4 Absatz 5 BGB (vormals FernAbsG) kein Rücktrittsrecht genießt. Sogenannte Spaßbieter verpflichten sich, bei Nichtabnahme des gekauften Artikels, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, 20 % des Gebotspreises als pauschalen Schadensersatz zu zahlen. Jeder Bieter erkennt diese Klauseln mit Gebotsabgabe an. Auktionen sind rechtsgültige Kaufverträge (BGH Urteil 7.11.2001, AZ VII ZR13/01) Da es sich hier um eine Privatauktion handelt schließe ich jegliche Sachmängelhaftung,Gewährleistung, Rückgaberecht sowie Garantieansprüche aus.
