Der F?nf-Fingrige Knauf und das flache, gebogene Parier sind aus massivem Messing. Die Klinge hat eine kurze Fehlsch?rfe, wer also gerne den Finger ?ber das Parier legen m?chte, kann dies gerne tun. Die nur ca. 4mm d?nne Klinge entspricht der Realit?t seiner Zeit und macht das geringe Gewicht von 1050 g m?glich. Eine sehr sch?ne Rekonstruktion eines Schwertes dieser Zeit mit einer passigen Schwertscheide aus lederbezogenem Holz mit Scheidenmundblech und Ortband aus Messing. Der Griff und die Holzscheide sind mit schwarzem, vern?htem Leder bezogen. F?r einen besseren Griff hat das Heft drei Ringw?lste. Dieses Schwert k?nnte leicht auch als sp?tes, fr?nkisches Schwert gelten. Manches Orts auch als Wikingerschwert.
