| Colt Python, 6" model. Discreet import engraving. Excellent condition with 95% original finish. 5/5 Bore. This is a custom model with the trigger, cylinder latch, and hammer in gold finish. The bluing is in excellent condition with few blemishes; at the edge of the muzzle on the left and right side there is a small mark of finish wear and an additional small mark on the left side of the barrel. There is also a white mark at the top on and near the rear sight. Barrel and frame has German import marks. Cylinder exhibits very little wear so this revolver has seen very few rounds and dry firing. Right side of barrel is stamped with "COLT'S PT. EA. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN.U.S.A." Original black rubber Pachmayr "Presentation Grip" installed which has some dark brown staining on the left and right side grips. Modern production; not C&R eligible. Discreet Edelweiss import engraving on underside. Please note, in one of the product photos the end of the barrel appears matte. The barrel is not matte and is only a reflection from the photo studio. The finish is very glossy throughout. |
