Die Legion P229 ist mit einer grauen Cerakote® Elite Legion-Beschichtung versehen, verfügt über massgefertigte G-10-Griffschalen mit Legion-Medaillon, die neue SIG SAUER Electro-Optics X-RAY Tag/Nacht-Visierung mit hoher Sichtbarkeit und wird mit drei Magazinen geliefert. Die P229 in DA/SA ist mit einem reduzierten und konturierten Elite Beavertail ausgestattet, das einen höheren Griff, aber ein geringeres Profil ermöglicht und so Druckstellen vermeidet. Ein aggressiveres Checkering am Front Strap und ein zusätzliches Checkering unter dem Abzugsbügel verbessern die Griffigkeit. Der Abzugsbügel ist mit einem X-Five-Unterschnitt versehen, der eine höhere Griffigkeit und bessere Kontrolle ermöglicht. Die vordere Spannzahnung sorgt für einen besseren Halt beim Spannen des Verschlusses, beim Entladen der Waffe oder beim Durchführen von Press-Checks. Die Pistole ist in 9 mm erhältlich und verfügt ausserdem über flache Entspannungs- und Verschlussfanghebel, um die Gefahr des Verhakens zu verringern. Ein verbessertes poliertes System mit SRT (Short-Reset Trigger) wird durch einen von Grayguns, Inc. entwickelten P-SAIT-Abzug ergänzt. Darüber hinaus sorgt eine massive Stahlführungsstange für zusätzliches Gewicht, wo es am wichtigsten ist. |
