| Gewehr 88 - 8x57IS "Kommissionsgewehr" Geschichte: Dieses Infanterie-Gewehr wurde von der Firma Ludwig Loewe & Co in Berlin 1891 gefertigt. Im Rahmen der im Ersten Weltkrieg geleisteten Waffenhilfe des Deutschen Reiches war die Türkei ein Hauptabnehmer der im Reich nicht mehr benötigten Waffen, seit im Jahre 1917 die Produktion des Gewehrs 98 so weit in die Höhe gefahren wurde, dass auf den Vorgänger verzichtet werden konnte. In der Türkei wurden die Gewehre offenbar entweder in alle Einzelteile zerlegt und in wildem "Nummernmix" wieder zusammengesetzt oder – was wahrscheinlicher ist – von den siegreichen Briten am Ende des Ersten Weltkrieges bewusst ihrer Schlosse beraubt, um sie verwendungsunfähig zu machen. Die in der Türkei verwendeten Gewehre tragen einen Halbmond auf Systemhülse, Kammerstängel und diversen anderen Teilen. Eigenschaften: Kaliber 8x57I, modifiziert auf "IS", angezeigt durch den Beschlag "S" auf der Systemhülse Truppenstempel "B. 18 R.E. 1.146" Druckpunktabzug Flügelsicherung original blank polierte Hülse und Schloss Stahl-Stoßboden / -Schaftkappe original Reinigungsstock Zahlen in Farsi auf System und Visier Gesamtlänge 1245mm Lauflänge ca. 740mm Gewicht ca. 3,8kg Zustand: guter Zustand Öl auf System teilweise verharzt, siehe bräunliche Flecken im System Lauf gut, Züge und Felder scharf Schaft mit altersgemäßen Kratzern und Dellen Entfernungsschieber auf Visier fehlt Gewehrriemen vermutlich nicht original Verkauf von privat.
